📦 Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that are used, damaged, or tampered with will not be eligible for return.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care or wellness products once unsealed
  • Items purchased under special offers or discounts (if applicable)

💰 Refund Policy

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account.

🔄 Replacement Policy

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product).

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
